Returns & Repairs
In the following paragraphs “you” describes you as the customer and “we” or “us” describes Eclectica Jewellery Ltd as the vendor.
We like to be fair and we want you to be happy so we have laid out a few points here to help avoid any confusion.
- At Eclectica we make every effort to ensure that the Jewellery we sell is in perfect and wearable condition. We do appreciate however that problems may occur, we cannot predict these but we are happy to try and solve them where ever possible.
- We will endeavor to repair goods from Eclectica, free of charge, within six months of purchase. Why not contact us at email@example.com to discuss the best way forward. Like people each piece of Jewellery is unique and can require special attention.
- If you have purchased from one of our stockists the item must be returned to them where their own policies will apply.
- We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if it is unsuitable we do offer Free UK returns. We enclose a pre-paid envelope which you can take to the Post Office and they will give you a confirmation of sending. Please retain this confirmation for future reference.
Once the jewellery has been returned a refund can be issued. This will be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
