Gold plated large brooch (can also be made into a pendant)with aqua and green accents in resin from the 1990s.  The brooch can be hung as it has an opening mechanism at the back to clip on to a chain or string of pearls.

New York City based jewellery designer Sandra Miller Burrows began producing costume jewellery signed SMB in 1983. A professional jewellery designer and goldsmith, she graduated from Rhode Island School of Design. Over time  she worked for the Monet, also collaborating with such famous fashion houses as Valentino, Yves Saint Laurent, Swarovski, Oscar de La Renta, and Ralf Lauren.
